3 Account Security & Responsibility

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the original deposit. For example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period; expired bonuses will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• kg444 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be investigated.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

kg444 is firmly committed to fair play. Our games are operated in accordance with recognized technical standards and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by RNG technology. If a technical error occurs in a game result, the relevant round may be declared void and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Disconnection

kg444 is not liable for internet disconnection during a game. However, our system saves the last game state, and the game can be resumed from that point after the connection is restored.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, payments are processed only after match results are confirmed from official sources. In the case of disputed results, kg444 reserves the right to make the final decision.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or age.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or attempted cyber attack.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by kg444

If these terms are violated or there is reasonable cause for suspicion, kg444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice. In such cases, valid balances may be returned subject to investigation.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your account, notify the support team in writing. Pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed. Requests to reopen a closed account may not be accepted.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be considered inactive if there has been no transaction for 12 consecutive months. In such cases, an applicable management fee may be deducted after prior notice is sent.
